The fourth commandment is, Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. To keep the Sabbath holy

Can any man keep these ten commandments?

No mere man, since the fall of Adam, ever did or can keep the ten commandments perfectly

Of what use are the ten commandments to us?

They teach us our duty, make clear our condemnation, and show us our need of a Saviour
